We're already 8 months into the process including selecting an architect, working through schematic and design development, and gaining approval from the local community group - Wicker Park Committee. We've even reached out to the Illinois Historic Preservation Society (Federal tax credits and property tax benefits) and have received unofficial approval. Next stop, Chicago Landmarks Commission Hearing. In the interim a pic of our current state.
